Who is responsible

Ane Jurado is the controller responsible for personal information handled to operate GlycoHarbor and respond to correspondence.

Website owner and publisher: Ane Jurado, publishing as GlycoHarbor.
Postal address: 4 Calle Baltasar Gracián, 28850 Torrejón de Ardoz, Spain.
Email: contact@glycoharbor.com.
Website: glycoharbor.com.

Reading the website

You can read the site without creating an account or completing a form. It has no comments, newsletter sign-up, questionnaires, audience analytics, advertising pixels or behavioral personalization. Fonts and images are served with the website. Printable checklists stay on your device or on paper; their contents are not sent to GlycoHarbor.

To deliver a page, the hosting infrastructure processes ordinary request information, such as your IP address, requested URL, request time, browser information and, when supplied by your browser, a referring address. Technical logs may be used to investigate faults, misuse and security incidents. These activities serve the legitimate interests of delivering and securing the site, subject to your rights.

When you contact us

If you email the publisher, your email address, any name you supply, message and attachments are processed to respond, investigate a correction or resolve your request. Providing this information is voluntary, but an address and enough detail to understand the request are needed for a reply. Ordinary correspondence is handled on the basis of the legitimate interest in responding to readers. Privacy-rights requests are handled to comply with legal obligations.

Please do not send medical records, glucose readings, identity documents, payment details or other sensitive information. The website is not a clinical service. Email is not a channel for medical advice or emergencies.

Service providers and other recipients

Hosting, security and email service providers may process the information needed to supply those services. Relevant information may also be disclosed to professional advisers or competent authorities when necessary to meet a legal obligation or establish, exercise or defend a legal claim. This site does not operate a visitor-data resale service.

Storage and international processing

Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to address the request and any reasonably related follow-up, and longer only where needed for a legal obligation or claim. Technical-log retention depends on the purpose of the log and the hosting provider’s settings. Information that is no longer needed should be deleted or anonymized.

Provider-specific retention, processing locations and any transfers outside the European Economic Area depend on the hosting and email services used. Contact the publisher for the applicable provider and transfer information. Where a restricted international transfer is involved, the publisher must establish an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards before the transfer; this notice does not constitute consent to an otherwise unlawful transfer.

Affiliate links and external sites

The Gluco6 review contains affiliate links. Clicking one takes you to the seller’s website and sends a referral identifier identifying the affiliate, not a medical profile created by GlycoHarbor. The destination receives a normal browser request and may use its own tracking and cookies under its privacy notice. Any purchase, payment or information you submit there is handled by that destination. GlycoHarbor has no checkout and does not collect your payment information on this site. See the Affiliate Disclosure and Cookie Policy.

Your rights

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of your personal information; object to processing based on legitimate interests; and request portability where the legal conditions are met. If processing relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. The current site does not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects and does not profile readers.

Send a request to contact@glycoharbor.com. We may need proportionate information to verify a request, but please do not send an identity document unless it is necessary and a suitable method has been agreed. Requests are normally answered within one month; if an extension permitted by law is needed, you will be told within that first month. You can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or another competent supervisory authority.

Changes

This notice will be updated when processing changes. Services requiring consent must not be activated before the relevant information and choices are available. The date above identifies the latest revision of this notice.
